Fund Investment Objectives

The aim of the Fund is to maximize the return on investment for its unit-holders. The Fund's assets can be invested in such financial instruments as shares, convertible bonds, convertible participating bonds, share index bonds, bonds with warrants, subscription rights, paid subscription shares, and warrants. Such financial instruments shall be issued by issuers domiciled in Albania, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldavia, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, the Ukraine, Uzbekistan, and Yugoslavia. The issuer may also be domiciled in other countries, provided that the issuer conducts significant operations, or significantly invests, in the countries listed above. Significant operations implies that at least 10 % of the company's profits, turnover, or workforce come from the countries mentioned above. The Fund's assets can be invested in Swedish and foreign share options, share futures, index options, index futures, and warrants, provided that the underlying instrument has been issued by an issuer meeting the above-specified issuer requirements. Furthermore, the Fund's assets can be invested in units of mutual Funds and foreign Fund companies, provided that the mutual Fund's and the foreign Fund company's geographical investment strategy is in accordance with this Fund's geographical investment strategy. The Fund shall investing primarily on exchanges, authorised market places and other regulated markets open to the general public, as well as unregulated markets. The number of financial instruments on unregulated markets must not constitute more than 10% of the value of the Fund. At least 75 % of the Fund's assets shall consist of shares and equity-related instruments.
