Fund Investment Objectives

The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve attractive risk-adjusted returns in all market environments. The Investment Manager takes a global macro economic approach to select investment opportunities across all asset classes with a main focus on the global equity markets. The Investment Manager will seek to achieve its objective by trading and investing on a global basis in securities and derivatives of any kind including without limitation, public and private debt and/or equity and/or equity related securities, currencies, commodities, futures, options (including options on futures), contracts for difference, swaps, exchange traded funds and exchange traded derivatives and structured notes. The Investment Manager may also enter into repurchase and reverse repurchase agreements, stock lending agreements, forward commitment and delayed delivery transactions and such other type of agreements as the Investment Manager deem necessary or appropriate for the Fund having in regards to its investment objective. The Investment Manager will invest the assets of the company utilizing long and short strategies that will have a directional component, as well as spread trading, options trading and arbitrage and relative value strategies. The Investment Manager will utilize both intermediate and long-term time frames as well as opportunistic intraday trading. The Fund will not invest in any private equity and/or venture capital deals and is not permitted under its Articles to create any side pockets. AUM is not disclosed.
