The Fund's objective is to replicate the Rogers International Commodity Index and each of its three sectors (Agriculture, Metals & Energy) as closely as possible. The Fund establishes positions as close as possible to the Index compositions. All commodities included in the Index must be publicly traded on recognized exchanges in order to ensure ease of tracking and verification. The selection and weighting of the commodities in the Index are reviewed annually by the RICI Committee chaired by Jim Rogers. Approximately 90% of the Fund's assets will be invested in U.S. government securities, federal agencies, and money market instruments. The Fund is a long only fund and is fully collateralized; therefore, it involves no leverage and remains consistent with the Index methodology set forth by Jim Rogers.
