Fund Investment Objectives

The investment objective of the Fund is to provide both short and long-term gains primarily from investing in stocks, exchange traded funds and stock options, as well as other investment vehicles. The Fund will primarily invest in micro- to mid-capitalization stocks. The Fund may also invest in large and mega cap stocks at times to capture gains. The Fund will focus on companies with a high return on stockholders equity. The Investment Manager is authorized to invest in any type of securities on behalf of the Fund. The principal objective is to achieve high capital growth by investing principally in publicly traded companies, both domestic and foreign, which the Investment Manager believes are capable of exceptional growth in earnings and revenues. The Fund will invest in common stock and other securities convertible into or exchangeable for common stock. The Fund may also sell stock short when the Investment Manager believes those stocks will decline in value. The Fund may also invest in fixed income securities, cash and cash equivalents when the Investment Manager does not find attractive investments in the equity market or for other purposes. To achieve its investment objective further and to manage or mitigate risk, the Fund intends to use currency spot and forward contracts, currency and interest rate futures, option contracts and options on futures contracts. The Fund will invest in common stock and other securities convertible into or exchangeable for common stock. The Fund may also sell stocks short and leverage its investments in securities through the purchase of securities on margin. The Fund may at times be highly leveraged, which will entail significant risk. The Investment Manager will have broad authority to invest the Fund's assets. The Members have no power or authority to direct investments. There is no assurance that the investment objective of the Fund will be realized. OTHER FEES: A Member withdrawing capital prior to such first anniversary, assuming the Investment Manager permits the withdrawal, is subject to a 5% withdrawal fee of the amount withdrawn. Further, a late notice charge of 5% of the aggregate amount withdrawn may be charged by the Fund for withdrawals with less than 60-days written notice, assuming the Investment Manager permitted the withdrawal. Withdrawal or late notice fees will be added to the capital of the Fund.
